If John Abraham and Hot Deepika Padukone could do it, why not Aparna Sharma! We are talking of the big jump from modeling to Bollywood that these two stars made and are happy with. Aparna, the leggy model who’s already shared ad screen space with Hot John Abraham and Aamir Khan and scorched the Lakme Fashion Week ramp for three seasons, is now ready to follow in their footsteps.

She doesn’t have a godfather in Bollywood but is nevertheless upbeat about the way life is happening for her. Print, TV commercials, ramp shows are there, “But the time is right to create a foothold in Bollywood. Either I make it or break it,” says the sassy model. What she's got an abundance of even if there is a dearth of Filmi connections, is talent, glamour and attitude. “With the right break I am sure I will earn recognition in the industry. If John could do it through sheer hard work, so will I,” she firmly believes.
